Outlook addin – Configure the addin

1. theMesh Tab

  1. Click the new The Mesh tab on your Outlook Ribbon

2. Open Set up Window

2. Click Setup

3. Enter your Credentials

  1. Enter username (if you do not know this ask your system administrator)
  2. Enter password (if you do not know this ask your system administrator)
  3. Click Save Login Details
  4. Enter the URL of http://themesh.ardillpayne.com.au
  5. Select Open or Closed for Action State (this is the state the action will default to when created)
  6. Project search – leave as exact
  7. Set the Mail Status after Tag/Track as No Change
  8. Ensure the Is Private box is ticked
  9. Tick the box to close the window after successful Tag/Track
  10. Click Save
